Dua from Quran
(3:38) For Righteous Offspring
رَبِّ هَبۡ لِىۡ مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۚ اِنَّكَ سَمِيۡعُ الدُّعَآءِ.
Rabbi hab li milladunka dhuriyyatan tayyibah, innaka samiuddua’.
My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.
(3:53) For Allah's Acceptance & An Acknowledgement Of Faith In Allah's Revelation & Prophets
رَبَّنَاۤ اٰمَنَّا بِمَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡتَ وَاتَّبَعۡنَا الرَّسُوۡلَ فَاكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ الشّٰهِدِيۡنَ.
Rabbana amanna bima anzalta wattabanar-rasula faktubna ma'ash-shahidin.
Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the messenger [Isa AS], so register us among the witnesses [to truth].
(3:147) For Forgiveness, Patience & Steadfastness
رَبَّنَا اغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوۡبَنَا وَاِسۡرَافَنَا فِىۡۤ اَمۡرِنَا وَ ثَبِّتۡ اَقۡدَامَنَا وَانۡصُرۡنَا عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ.
Rabbanaghfir lana dhunubana wa israfana fi amrina wa thabbit aqdamana wanṣurna alalqawmilkafirin.
Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
(3:191-192) For Protection Against Hellfire
رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقۡتَ هٰذَا بَاطِلًا ۚ سُبۡحٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ. رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّكَ مَنۡ تُدۡخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدۡ اَخۡزَيۡتَهٗ ؕ وَمَا لِلظّٰلِمِيۡنَ مِنۡ اَنۡصَارٍ.
Rabbana ma khalaqta hadha batila, subhanaka faqina adhabannar. Rabbana innaka man tudhkhilinnara faqad akhzaytah, wa ma lizzalimina min anṣar.
Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire. Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire – You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.
(3:193) For Forgiveness, Practice of Virtuous Deeds & A Good End To One's Life
رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّنَا سَمِعۡنَا مُنَادِيًا يُّنَادِىۡ لِلۡاِيۡمَانِ اَنۡ اٰمِنُوۡا بِرَبِّكُمۡ فَاٰمَنَّا ۖ رَبَّنَا فَاغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوۡبَنَا وَكَفِّرۡ عَنَّا سَيِّاٰتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الۡاَبۡرَارِۚ.
Rabbana innana samina munadiyayyunadil-lil-imani an aaminu biRabbikum fa-aamanna, Rabbana faghfir lana dhunubana wa kaffir anna sayyi’atina wa tawaffana ma'al-abrar.
Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, [saying], ‘Believe in your Lord,’ and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.
(3:194) For Reward In This Life & Hereafter, & Safety Against The Evils Of Judgment Day
رَبَّنَا وَاٰتِنَا مَا وَعَدْتَّنَا عَلٰى رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخۡزِنَا يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ ؕ اِنَّكَ لَا تُخۡلِفُ الۡمِيۡعَادَ.
Rabbana wa atina ma wa-adtana ala rusulika wa la tukhzina yawmalqiyamah, innaka la tukhlifulmiad.
Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.
(4:75) Refuge From The Injustice Of People Or Land & That Allah Sends His Help
رَبَّنَاۤ اَخۡرِجۡنَا مِنۡ هٰذِهِ الۡـقَرۡيَةِ الظَّالِمِ اَهۡلُهَا ۚ وَاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ وَلِيًّا ۙۚ وَّاجۡعَلْ لَّـنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ نَصِيۡرًا ؕ.
Rabbana akhrijna min hadhihil-qaryatiz-zalimi ahluha waj-al-lana mil-ladunka waliyyanw-waj-al-lana mil-ladunka naṣira
Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?
(5:83) For Allah's Acceptance
رَبَّنَاۤ اٰمَنَّا فَاكۡتُبۡنَا مَعَ الشّٰهِدِيۡنَ.
Rabbana amanna faktubna ma'ash-shahidin
Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses.
(7:23) For Allah's Forgiveness & Mercy & An Acknowledgement Of One's Own Wrongdoing
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَاۤ اَ نۡفُسَنَا وَاِنۡ لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَـنَا وَتَرۡحَمۡنَا لَـنَكُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الۡخٰسِرِيۡنَ.
Rabbana dhalamna anfusana wa illam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakunanna minalkhasirin.
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
(7:47) Against Being Among The Wrongdoers
رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا مَعَ الۡقَوۡمِ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ.
Rabbana la taj-alna ma-al qawmizzalimin.
Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.
