47. Congratulation On The Occasion Of A Birth & Its Reply
(1)بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِي الْمَوْهُوبِ لَكَ، وَ شَكَرْتَ الْوَاهِبَ، وَبَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ، وَرُزِقْتَ بِرَّهُ(2)بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ، َوجَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْراً، وَرَزَقَكَ اللَّهُ مِثْلَهُ، وأَجْزَلَ ثَوَابَك
Baarakallaahu laka fil-mawhoobi laka, wa shakartal-waahiba , wa balagha 'ashuddahu, wa ruziqta birrahu.(1)Baarakallahu laka wa baaraka 'alayka, wa jazaakallaahu khayran, wa razaqakallaahu mithlahu, wa 'ajzala thawaabaka.(2)
May Allah bless you with His gift to you, and may you (the new parent) give thanks, may the child reach the maturity of years, and may you be granted its righteousness.(1)The reply of the person being congratulated is to say: "May Allah bless you, and shower His blessings upon you, and may Allah reward you well and bestow upon you its like and reward you abundantly".(2)

75. When Insulted While Fasting
إِنِّي صَائِمٌ، إِنِّي صَائِمٌ
'Inneesaa'imun, 'innee saa'imun.
I am fasting. I am fasting.

77. Upon Sneezing
(1)الْحَمْدُ للَّهِ(2)يَرْحَمُكَاللَّهُ(3)يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُم
Alhamdu lillaah.(1)Yarhamukallaah.(2)Yahdeekumul-laahu wa yuslihu baalakum.(3)
When you sneeze, then say: "All praises and thanks are to Allah".(1)Your companion should say: "May Allah have mercy upon you".(2)Then you should replies: "May Allah guide you and set your affairs in order".(3)

78. Upon Sneezing
يَهْديكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بالَكُم
Yahdeekumullaahu wa yuslihu baalakum.
May Allah guide you and rectify your condition.

80. On The Wedding Night Or When Buying An Animal
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'aluka khayrahaa wa khayra majabaltahaa 'alayhi wa 'a'oothu bika min sharrihaa wa sharri maajabaltahaa 'alayhi.
When any of you marries a woman or purchases a maid-servant then let him say: "O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of her and the goodness upon which You have created her, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of her and from the evil upon which You have created her". If you purchase a camel (animal) then take hold of the top of its hump and say the same.

82. When Angry
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجيـمِ
'A'oothu billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-rajeem.
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast.

83. Upon Seeing Someone In Trial Or Tribulation
الْحَمْدُ للَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلًا
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee 'aafaanee mimmab-talaaka bihi wa fadhdhalanee 'alaa katheerin mimman khalaqa tafdheela.
Praise is to Allah Who has spared me what He has afflicted you with, and preferred me greatly above much of what He has created.

84. At A Sitting Or Gathering
عن ابن عمر قال :كان يعد لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المجلس الواحد مائة مرة من قبل أن يقوم رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الْغَفُورُ
Rabbighfir lee wa tub 'alayya 'innaka 'Antat-Tawwaabul-Ghafoor.
Ibn Umar (ra) said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to repeat in a single sitting: My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance, You are the Ever-Relenting, the All-Forgiving.

85. For The Expiation Of Sins, Said At The Conclusion Of A Sitting Or Gathering
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلهَ إِلَاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
Subhaanaka Allaahumma wa bihamdika, 'ash-hadu 'an laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta, 'astaghfiruka wa 'atoobu 'ilayka.
Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise is to You. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.(Allah's Messenger (SAW) did not sit in a gathering, and did not recite the Qur'an, and did not perform any prayer without concluding by saying this invocation.)

86. Returning A Supplication Of Forgiveness
وَلَكَ
Walaka
And you.

87. To One Who Does You A Favour
جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْراً
Jazaakallaahu khayran
May Allah reward you with good.

89. To One Who Pronounces His Love For You, For Allah’s Sake
أَحَبَّكَ الَّذِي أَحْبَبْتَنِي لَهُ
'Ahabbakal-lathee 'ahbabtanee lahu.
May He for Whose sake you love me, love you.
Reference: Abu Dawud 4/333. Al-Albani graded it good in Sahih Abu Dawud 3/965.
90. To One Who Has Offered You Some Of His Wealth
بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ وَمَالِكَ
Baarakallaahu laka fee 'ahlika wa maalika.
May Allah bless you in your family and your property.

91. To The Debtor When His Debt Is Settled
بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ وَمَالِكَ، إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ السَّلَفِ الْحَمْدُ وَالأَدَاءُ
Baarakallaahu laka fee 'ahlika wa maalika, 'innamaa jazaa'us-salafil-hamdu wal'adaa'.
May Allah bless you in your family and your wealth, surely the reward for a loan is praise and returning (what was borrowed).

93. To Someone Who Says "May Allah Bless You"
وَفِيكَ بَارَكَاللَّهُ
Wafeekabaarakallaahu.
And may Allah bless you.

108. Excellence Of Spreading The Islamic Greeting
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: (لاَ تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا، وَلاَ تُؤْمِنُوا حَتَّى تَحَابُّوا، أَوَلاَ أَدُلُّكُم عَلَى شَيْءٍ إِذَا فَعَلْتُمُوهُ تَحَابَبْتُم، أَفْشُوا السَّلاَمَ بَيْنَكُمْ)
"Qala Rasulullahi salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam: laa tadkhulul jannata hattaa tu'minuu, wa laa tu'minuu hattaa tahabbuu, awwala adullukum 'alaa shay'in idhaa fa'altumuuhu tahababtum, afshush salama baynakum.
You shall not enter Paradise until you believe, and you have not believed until you love one another. Shall I tell you of something you can do to make you love one another? Spread the greetings of Salam (peace) amongst yourselves.

ثَلاَثٌ مَنْ جَمَعَهُنَّ فَقَدْ جَمَعَ الْإِيمَانَ: الْإِنْصَافُ مِنْ نَفْسِكَ، وَبَذْلُ السَّلاَمِ لِلْعَالَمِ، وَالْإِنْفَاقُ مِنَ الإِقْتَارِ
Thalathun man jama'ahunn faqad jama'a al-Iman: al-insafu min nafsika, wa badhlu al-salam li al-'alam, wa al-infaq min al-iqtar.
There are Three things which whoever gathers all of them together, then he has gathered Iman (Faith): justice with oneself, greeting people with greetings of Salam (peace), and freeing oneself from stinginess.

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أنَّ رَجُلاً سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أيُّ الْإِسْلاَمِ خَيْرٌ قَالَ: (تُطْعِمُ الطَّعَامَ، وَتَقْرأُ السَّلاَمَ عَلَى مَنْ عَرَفْتَ وَمَنْ لَمْ تَعْرِفْ)
Wa 'an 'abdillahi ibni 'umara raḍiyallahu 'anhuma: anna rajulana sa'alan-nabiyasalla Allahu 'alaihi wa sallama ayyu al-'islami khayrun qala: (tutimut-taama, wa taqra'u assalama alaa man arrafta wa man lam ta`rif)
A man asked the Prophet (SAW), What is the best act of Islam? He said, To feed others and to give greetings of Salam (peace) to those whom you know and to those whom you do not know.

109. Returning A Greeting To A Disbeliever
إذَا سَلَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ فَقُولُوا: وَعَلَيْكُمْ
Wa 'alaykum.
If one of the Christians and Jews (People of the Scripture) greets you saying As-Salaamu 'alaykum, then say (to him): And upon you.

112. For One You Have Insulted
اللَّهُمَّ فأَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ سَبَبْتُهُ فَاجْعَلْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ قُرْبةً إلِيْكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Allaahumma fa'ayyumaa mu'minin sababtuhu faj'al thaalika lahu qurbatan 'ilayka yawmal-qiyaamati.
O Allah, whomever of the believers I have abused, give him the reward of a sacrificial slaughter for it on the Day of Resurrection.

113. The Etiquette Of Praising A Fellow Muslim
قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُم مَادِحاً صَاحِبَهُ لاَ مَحَالَةَ فَلْيَقُلْ: أَحْسِبُ فُلاَناً وَاللَّهُ حَسِيبُهُ، وَلاَ أُزَكِّي عَلَى اللَّهِ أَحَداً، أَحْسِبُهُ – إِنْ كَانَ يَعْلَمُ ذَاكَ – كَذَا وَكَذَا"
Qala salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam: "Itha kana ahadukum madihan sahibahu la mahalah fa-lyaql: ahsibu fulanan wallahu hasibuhu, wa la uzakki ala Allahi ahadan, ahsibu hu - in kana ya'lamu thalik - katha wa katha."
The Prophet (SAW) said: "If any of you praises his companion then let him say: "I deem so-and-so (person's name) to be... And Allah is his Assessor and I don't praise anyone, putting it forward, in front of Allah's commendation, however I assume him so and so ...if he knows that of him".

114. For The One That Have Been Praised
اللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِمَا يَقُولُونَ، وَاغْفِرْلِي مَا لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي خَيْرًا مِمَّا يَظُنُّونَ
Allaahumma laa tu'aakhithnee bimaa yaqooloona, waghfir lee maa laa ya'lamoona waj'alnee khayram-mimmaa yadhunnoon.
O Allah, do not call me to account for what they say and forgive me for what they have no knowledge of and make me better than they imagine.
